Active Learning

NGLS is a school that focusses on experiential learning and creating real life experiences for it's learners - both students and teachers. The learning is contextual and not limited to textbooks. Teacher and students adopt cows and bulls and take care of them through their school years besides working on farms too.

Assessment Driven Learning

Continuous assessments and constructive feedback to the educators and students to understand their instructional level and creating a way forward for their growth is part of the school routine. Learners’ readiness for accelerated learning is what assessments at NGLS aim for and allows educators to differentiate instructions.

Library

NGLS Library is at the heart of every student’s daily routine. The school champions and encourages reading as a habit not for its students alone but for the teachers too. The Library is open and accessible to all throughout the day. Teachers do engage in discussions and dialogues during the fortnightly Study Circles.

Professional Excellence

NGLS stands for its culture of learning and growth mindset. Professional excellence of the educators helps them drive the expected learning outcomes for self and the students they interact with. The school nurtures an ecosystem where all stakeholders are interdependent and empower each other to uphold the institutional values and ethos.

Art - Instrumental Music

The school ensures students take up some form of art and encourages them to play an instrument. Students are free to choose from Keyboard, guitar and drums.

Dance Education

At NGLS, we celebrate teamwork and cross-cultural exchange through dance. In addition to enhancing motor skills and muscle memory, we emphasize creative expression, imagination, and therapeutic benefits through dance. Various disciplines such as music, art, and drama are integrated into the many dance forms they explore through the year.
