Mrs. Chandrakala Dabas

Coming from a family of Army officers, Mrs. Dabas brings a wealth of life experiences from across India. With over 23 years of expertise in leadership and curriculum planning, she has focused on enhancing teaching and learning techniques, particularly in Mathematics, within both IB and CBSE schools. A trained educator, Mrs. Dabas specializes in progressive pedagogies for teaching Mathematics.
With a decade of experience leading the PYP program at an IB school, Mrs. Dabas not only excelled as an educator but also mentored other teachers, guiding them in lesson planning, classroom management, and playing a pivotal role in the school’s PYP accreditation process. Mrs. Dabas served as Principal at Army Schools, and worked as the Vice-Principal and Head of the Mathematics Department overseeing the curriculum across all three schools within the foundation and played an active role in teacher training. She was instrumental in the school’s CBSE affiliation too.
Known for her compassionate nature, sharp intellect, and strong leadership, Mrs. Dabas excels at guiding and nurturing both students and colleagues. An avid traveler, she has explored numerous destinations across India and internationally. Gardening is her personal retreat, offering her solace and hope, while providing her with a way to unwind and give back to the world.
